Your Role

• Work with multiple departments such as operations, IT development, communications, marketing and business development to utilise modern technologies to improve efficiency and keep the group on the cutting edge
• Ensure the performance and scalability of all Libertech IT systems
• Plan, direct and execute a group wide information and data security plan with the aim of protecting confidential data, group hardware and information.
• Utilise existing technological systems whilst driving the choice and integration of modern technologies to improve the everyday operations of the company
• Utilise modern technology to implement and manage group related analytics, big data and security
• Manage all technological platforms; to include planing, overseeing design & development, planning of strategy and fulfilling a supportive role for all online initiatives
• In a technical manner, lead all efforts related to technology development and maintenance
• Work directly with management, CEO’s and founders to help institute the group’s technical vision and direct all areas of the group’s technological development thus having a real impact on growth and the business
• In order to fulfill the company’s overall strategy it will be required to characterise, design, and deliver on both infrastructural and organisational plans
• Determine, architect and implement processes of governing and reporting to ensure risk is managed, goals are reached and to ensure an efficient and responsible utilisation of resources
• Oversee technology related tasks and utilise processes to ensure code control and quality control of new developments
• Plan, develop and execute a group wide business continuity, disaster management and recovery plan

Your Profile

• Minimum 5-7 years experience leading and managing tech teams
• Able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
• Experience with high levels of automation
• High degree of knowledge of Internet protocols and standards, database management systems, and revision control systems
• Expertise in designing and developing complex online and automated processes
• Sound and practical experience in object oriented development with PHP, Java, Python and Ruby

• Work towards pare 1 rankings, with close management of SEO
• Plan and execute natural organic search engine traffic growth
• High level of ability in link building
• Constant management of campaigns and optimisation of bid pricing. Optimisation should be based upon data and analytics
• Plan, architect, and manage superior quality PPC campaigns
• Writing of ad copy and regular/up to date research of search terms

Your Profile

• Previous experience in link-building

• On site and off site SEO experience

Your Role

• Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
• Curate relevant content with the aim of reaching the company’s target market
• Create, look after, and oversee all content to be published, including images, video and written content
• Oversee, listen and reply to users in a “Social” manner whilst cultivating leads
• Conduct online advocacy
• Create and grow community outreach efforts
• Create and grow blogger outreach efforts
• Manage design work for Facebook Twitter, Instagram etc.
• Design, make and manage promotions as well as Social Media advertising campaigns

Your Profile

• Has excellent English language and writing skills
• Possesses knowledge and experience of traditional marketing. A marketing degree or qualification is welcomed but is not a requirement with relevant work experience
• Is a Team player and able to confidently communicate ideas and concepts to other employees
• Has a high level of proficiency in both content marketing theory and application. Experience in original content generation as well as managing content development and publishing

Your Role

• Help define, manage and update the budget with the team and then create forecasts
• Aid in planning and execution of PPC campaigns across both social media and search engines
• Work together with directors and the marketing team and learn about business goal setting and achieving objectives. Learn skills in strategy, from planning to execution
• Use data from analytics to compile a report on campaigns in search, aimed at optimising search strategy

Your Role

• Aid expatriate employees to obtain the correct passes, renew passes, obtain rental properties etc.
• Communication and Coordination with the team and management on HR related matters

• Coordination with directors and IT department for new hires and any leaving to ensure emails are created or close and hardware or software provision is signed off on
